Returns & Exchanges

At Nickelback Official, we want you to love your rock-inspired fashion, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
